A) You agree to the following terms, conditions and legal disclaimers as a result of using this service  This service is for entertainment purposes only and you must be (21) years of age or older.  All available session time slots are available to everyone worldwide in real-time using the online calendar under the Book a Session Tab. Unless otherwise agreed upon via email. 

B) No recording of the session is allowed unless agreed to pre-session due to existing audio and video rights contracts and restrictions. These can be audio-only calls. I do not use Messenger, FaceTime, Skype, or WhatsApp.  I do use Zoom. Transcripts and MP3 copies of sessions are not provided or allowed due to confidentiality guidelines. You are welcome to take session notes.

C) Please be advised that all credit card charges will be listed and can show up on your Credit Card Statement  as GRACEABERDEAN if you pay via paypal

D) All guidance is subject to your own interpretation. By purchasing a reading session with Jamie (IndependenceStNola), you are agreeing that any information and guidance provided does not constitute or substitute for any of the following, but not limited to, legal, psychological, financial, medical, or business advice.

E) You claim full responsibility for the choices and actions taken based on the content of your reading.  By using this service, you release Jamie Cicatiello, all associates and all associated companies and entities of all liability as a result of any actions you take by using this service.

F) By using this service,  you agree you will not take any action across social media channels, conventional media, or social media platforms that would disparage Jamie Cicatiello, IndependenceStNola or Seasons in Ritual. 

G) Further, you hold Jamie Cicatiello, IndependenceStNola, Seasons in Ritual and all related companies harmless and free from liabilities as a result of decisions you make by using this service.

H) Sessions with Jamie Cicatiello, IndependenceStNola are designed to be personal one-on-one calls.  If there are multiple people on the call, this is defined as a Group Call.  For Group Calls, you will be charged for each additional person at a multiple of the standard one-person rates listed on the website under the Book Online Tab.  Please notify our offices in advance if you are requesting a Group Call and we will generate the appropriate electronic invoice for payment in advance.

I) For all International and Domestic clients, we call you directly on the phone number you provide in the original reservation form.  All other Skype, FaceTime and WhatsApp remote audio and video calls are not available at this time. All rights are reserved.

J) No authorizations are given or implied to record or distribute information obtained from readings with Jamie Cicatiello, IndependenceStNola, Seasons in Ritual.  

K) We do not offer any direct investment advice due to inherent liabilities and volatility in all markets.  This includes but is not limited to investments in cryptocurrency, stocks, bonds, real estate, gold, silver, bonds, private equity, mutual funds and 401K's.

L) Jamie Cicatielo, IndependenceStNola and the Office Team will not accept, review or respond to any background information you provide in advance related to upcoming sessions with Jamie Cicatiello due to strict Confidentiality reasons.  

M) Please do not send background information to our Office Team or Jamie Cicatiello related to upcoming sessions in advance of your session.

N) Maximum of two (2) mediumship readings per session.  Mediumship references bringing information through, from individuals that have passed-on in your life.

O) We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone at any time for any reason.

​

P) All sessions with Jamie Cicatiello are completely Confidential.  Jamie Cicatiello and the Office Team do not answer any specific questions related to sessions via email, so please do not ask for any follow-up information after the completion of your session with Jamie Ciatiello.

​

Q) All prices shown on our website are shown in USD (US Dollars).  Please remember to convert these prices into your local currency. If you are an International client, your actual credit card or debit card charges will be converted into your local  International currency at the time you receive your final payment invoice on your credit card or debit card statement.

​

R) If you are experiencing a medical emergency or have a critical medical problem that requires immediate attention,  please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital for help.  Do not use this service.

​

S) If you are clinically depressed or have been diagnosed with a similar critical health problem, please call a medical professional and seek guidance and help.  Do not use this service.

​

T) If you miss your scheduled session time with Jamie Cicatiello and fail to notify the office in advance, you will be charged for the full session time.  Please note the office team sends out session time/date confirmation emails at the time of the original booking and again (24) hours in advance of the session as a reminder.

​

U) Minimum (21) day notice required for all cancellation requests.  In the case of cancellation requests that are received by the office in less than (21) days from the session start, we do not offer any type of refund.

​

V) Minimum (21) day notice required for all reschedule requests.  In the case of reschedule requests that are received by the office in less than (21) days from the session start, we cannot guarantee a successful reschedule request.

​

W) Once you complete your session with Jamie Cicatiello by staying on the call for the duration of the session, we do not offer any type of refunds of any kind.  If you believe you are not getting the type of information you require during the session, please notify us within the first (10) minutes of your session.  If you go through with the session after the (10) minute point, we make the determination you are deriving value from the session.

X) We use digital phone system technology that accurately keeps track of the start and stop times for all sessions.  These times are derived from the US cellular phone systems which are very accurate.  All sessions start and stop at the times listed on your reservation forms. 

​

Y) Due to the back-to-back nature of session bookings, we cannot go over the allotted time for your session.  This means that in some cases, your session may end immediately at the given time to allow us to move to the next session call.

​

Z)  Sessions with Jamie Cicatiello are a combination of his direct insights along with direct questions you have relative to people and situations in your life.  We suggest you have questions prepared in advance.  

​

SPECIAL NOTE A1) All Sessions are NONTRANSFERABLE and are only assignable to the original reservation client or the guest recipient listed in the original reservation in the case the session is a gift.  All clients and gift recipients must review and agree in advance to all Terms and Conditions described herein.  Please make sure all gift recipients receive the confirmation emails and links to the terms and conditions.

SPECIAL NOTE A2) If you dispute a charge for Sessions with Jamie Cicatiello, IndependenceStNola, or cause a charge-back with PayPal or your Bank or Credit Card Company for any reason, and further cause the Office Team to seek you out for payment, we reserve the right to REFUSE ALL SERVICES to you in the future.
